Happy Birthday Banner Flags Gender Neutral Decoration Party Bunting Yellow Red Reversible Party Flags

This super cute Happy Birthday banner has 14 flags. It measures roughly 120 inches long. The flags are (approx. 7 1/4" across and top and 10 1/2" from top to bottom) are double sided so you can string them across the center of the room, or against the wall.

The front side of the banner spells out Happy Birthday while the backside is made using the same fabric but blank. This is a nice feature which will allow the banner to be used as other types of decorations like a wall hang for a bedroom after the party.

Your banner will be made using the fun fabrics in the picture which are perfect for either a boy or girl and would be great with a circus themed party.
